With a vast customer database including General Contractors, State Agencies, and Municipalities across the New England Area and New York, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of
Project Manager/Scheduler.

Responsibilities:

Oversee Construction Projects: Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Create Project Timelines: Develop and maintain project schedules to optimize efficiency.

Collaborate with Foreman and Crews: Work closely with on-site teams to facilitate project completion.

Daily Schedule & Dispatch of Crews: Coordinate daily crew schedules for optimal project execution.

Customer Service: Maintain positive relationships with General Contractors, State Agencies, and Municipalities.

Prepare Paperwork: Generate and organize necessary project documentation.

Process Daily Field Workorders: Ensure accurate and timely processing of field work orders.

Ordering Police Details and Hotels: Coordinate logistics for project needs.

Computer Knowledge: Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel for effective project management.
Qualifications:

Customer Rapport: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Administrative Expertise: Familiarity with administrative duties and office equipment.

Computer Proficiency: Competence in using office tools like fax machines and scanners.

Attention to Detail: Great attention to detail for precise project management.

Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Organization Skills: Ability to stay focused on assigned tasks and multitask effectively.

MS Office: Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

Education: High school diploma; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
