- Develop new and tailor existing national programming materials in collaboration with FSOP Channel Manager for specific assigned channels that drive trial and awareness with consumers
- Subject matter expert assisting with overall program development, Point of Sale (POS) creative, rules creation related to marketing program, and in-venue tools that fall under the sub-channels to drive trial and repeat purchase
- Create go-to market materials consistent with brand standards, trademark integrity that ultimately increase brand equity
- Stewards POS materials, manages customization processes and routines, protects brand standards and trademark integrity, utilizes Brand Company agencies/resources (Coke Channel, DMeX, etc.), to increase brand equity
- Optimizes national annual plans to ensure that the right commercial resources are available to win at the point of sale
- Evaluate and analyze commercial plan effectiveness against business objectives and recommend new ways forward for future projects and plans
- High School Diploma (or GED) with relevant business experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred 2+ years' experience working with customers in marketing/sales role required preferably in retail or full service on premise
- Experience collaborating with system, customers, and stakeholders required
- Experience creating/managing marketing and commercial development programs required#LI-DNI

What does a Food Service on Premise Channel Specialist do at Swire Coca-Cola?The Food Service on Premise Channel Specialist will partner with cross functional teams to develop assigned FSOP channel-specific programming.
What is FSOP? These are customers in businesses such as Hotel/Lodging, Gaming/Amusement Parks, Education, Airports, Eating/Drinking Establishments, etc. The specialist creates an annual calendar focused on sustaining programs and periodic promotions for effective execution customer businesses. This calendar is created to support FSOP metrics (gain new outlets, drive incidence, volume, revenue and profit). The measure of success will be to ensure all programming aligns with Brand, Innovation, Commercial and FSOP Channel Strategies. Supports FSOP sales teams on Asset programs that align under the assigned channels.Responsibilities:
