Our growing real estate team in Midvale, UT is looking for a driven Inside Sales Agent Leader to join our team As an ISA Leader, you will be the first point of contact for clients, representatives of the team, and our brand. Your primary responsibility will be to prospect for, connect with, and acquire new leads through inbound and outbound sources. You will also obtain relevant information regarding potential buyers and sellers, schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing/Buyer Specialists, and receive payment for your hard work.
In addition, you'll be working closely with other team members to reduce customer concerns and help home buyers/sellers attain their goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about success, loves working with people, and takes ownership of the sales process to maximize efficiency. We're seeking someone with the eagerness and fortitude to exceed productivity, appointments, and revenue targets while providing a high level of customer service.
