    As a Financial Customer Service Representative for our client, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

    You'll handle incoming phone calls related to various service inquiries on client accounts, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to key department performance metrics.

    Your support areas will encompass Cash Management products and services, Online and Mobile app assistance, as well as general financial inquiries.

    We're seeking highly professional individuals who are driven in their careers and committed to delivering World-Class Service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle incoming phone calls from clients regarding service inquiries on their accounts.
    • Respond to inquiries with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
    • Provide support on Cash Management products and services, Online and Mobile app functionalities, and general financial inquiries.
    • Meet and exceed key department performance metrics.
    • Contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes in a busy financial service center.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a financial or banking environment.
    • strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
    • Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain composure under pressure.
    • Proficiency in multitasking and adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment.
    • Commitment to delivering exceptional service and meeting performance metrics.

    Training hours: 9AM-5PM EST, could be assigned first or second shift after training

    Responsibilities

    • Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on client's accounts.
    • Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
    • Functional support areas include client's Cash Management products and services, client's Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries.
    • Successful applicants will be highly professional, career driven, and committed to World-Class Service.
    • Ability to contribute in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center
