    **Customer Service Specialist**

    Customer Success Lehi, Utah Compensation **$14-15/hour DOE**

    Were looking for a driven, self-sufficient, motivated, and organized Customer Service Specialist. At The Baby Cubby, we are focused on helping parents and enriching the lives of families. We lift others up. We celebrate motherhood and families.

    Type of Person Were Looking For

    Were looking for someone who loves and excels at helping customers on the phone, email, and live chat. We need someone who isnt afraid of difficult conversations with customers and is able to turn satisfied customers into raving fans with great communication skills, a positive attitude, initiative, proactive problem solving, and above and beyond service.

    If you are driven and self motivated, have excellent computer skills and phone etiquette, are able to stay organized, quickly finish tasks, and help customers through several communication channels and programs simultaneously, you might be the right fit.

    Must-Have Skills

    Computer Skills

    Very familiar with computers, comfortable switching between multiple programs, able to use keyboard shortcuts, and can type 70+ words per minute

    Writing/Editing

    Excellent writing, spelling, and grammar skills

    Communication

    Easy to communicate with and understands the needs of others

    Organization

    Organized with attention to detail

    Work Ethic

    A self starter, and a hard worker who hustles to get things done and solves problems

    Schedule

    20 hours minimum per week. Our customer service hours are 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday and we have 3 shifts per day.
