We have just commercially launched and are actively searching for our first sales and support team members. This is an opportunity to be a part of an exceptional team of industry experts with backgrounds at renowned institutions like Nike, Under Armour, the Mayo Clinic, the NBA, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and the Stanford Sleep Lab.

We are hiring for the following positions for digital direct to consumer sales and support: (in office, not a remote work opportunity)

• Customer Service Reps (post-sale support)
• Fitness Sales Advisor

Customer Service Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer phone calls as well as emails, live chat and SMS as needed
• Review customer questions; providing guidance or escalating to other teams as appropriate
• Approach every interaction with professionalism using internal tools for guidance
• Remain calm under pressure and adapt as volume or situations require
• Lead with empathy and ensure that customer's needs are met

​Qualifications:

• 0 - 2 years customer interaction experience
• Excellent phone etiquette skills
• Exceptional communication, verbal and written and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Accountable for results, solutions-oriented, success-driven, approachable, and compassionate
