Midway, UT 'LIST Bau Munich is one of seven general contractors in the LIST Group. We construct commercial properties in the southern region of Germany. We are committed to projects of all sizes and for well-known brands from various industries. For each project, we assemble our own team, in which we coordinate closely and make decisions together. Thanks to our short communication channels, we are fast and flexible. When specialists are needed for planning tasks or sustainable solutions, we draw on the expertise of the LIST companies. The LIST Group consists of 17 companies with over 600 employees. Together, we develop, plan, construct, and revitalize properties throughout Germany.

Your responsibilities
Throughout the entire project phase, you will support the project team and provide them with technical documentation/revision and assistance in after-sales management


Your tasks will include:

  • Support in the technical documentation (digital and print) of our construction projects (turnkey construction)
  • Procurement of necessary documents from our project teams and subcontractors
  • Accompaniment of acceptance inspections as handover of projects into the warranty phase
  • Handling of defects and coordination with the client and contractors
  • Participation in onsite appointments with experts and for the review of objections
  • Documentation and invoice verification
  • Disposition and coordination of maintenance cycles
