    Identifies, develops, manages and retains revenue-generating opportunities for the organization through the strategic and tactical sales and support of all product and service lines. Directly, or indirectly, manages the process from lead validation to product and services delivery, working with marketing, customer service, operations and delivery providers to ensure the highest level of supply chain management is delivered to customers. This job family is intended to accommodate 1) jobs whose accountabilities span two or more job families within the job group; 2) jobs that are not covered by a defined job family within the job group; 3) managerial roles spanning more than one family that are not broad enough in scope and impact to be assigned to the Business Unit/General Management job family within the Management job group.

    Essential duties and responsibility include:

  • Achieving monthly, quarterly, annual sales quotas, conducting annual performance reviews for all subordinates
  • Meeting with potential customers
  • Attending regional meeting
  • Providing support to the Marketing Dept. with competitive information
  • Preparing necessary reports, and following and enforcing all corporate policies.
  • Must oversee all regional dealer activity not managed by corporate National Accounts.
  • Further responsibilities also include hiring, development, motivation and guidance of field sales personnel.
  • Job Requirements:

    Required:

  • BA/BS Degree or 5+ years of successful field sales experience in lieu of education.
  • 4+ years of successful outside sales experience
  • Must be able to travel including evenings, weekends and overnight stays.
  • Preferred Skills:

  • Ideal candidate must reside within the Pacific Northwest
  • Previous Manager or Leadership experience preferred.
  • High level sales skills with a successful track record within dental space highly desired
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong technical skills, able to digest and verbalize highly technical product and clinical information.
  • Organizational Skills: Effective planning and prioritization'
  • Teamwork: Ability to work closely with other Kerr team members
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic: Ability to make decisions with consideration to business impact
  • Proficient using MS Office- Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Certificates, Licenses and Registrations are encouraged.

    Target Market Salary Range:

    Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.

    $115,900 - $138,500
