- Must be able to stand and walk frequently throughout the day.
- Must be able to repetitively file job tickets in a variety of locations
- Proficiency with Excel
- Comfortable working in an office setting in the manufacturing industry
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:00AM-5:00PM, Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM
- Pay Rate: $20 - $22/hr more depending on experience
- Start Date: ASAP

The Customer Service Representative job in Portland, Maine is responsible for entering exact repeat orders into the Termite system, acting as Back up Billing Clerk as needed, and providing support to all Customer Service Representatives by performing tasks that allow them to remain in constant contact with the customer. Having a high level of efficiency is extremely important in this role. Successful candidates will be able to interact and get along well with a diverse population on a continual basis. This is a full-time position.
