Do you want to be a laborer?

Located in Falmouth we are looking for laborers for a variety of different jobs and positions. We have reliable and steady year round work, No experience needed just a willingness to try

This is an awesome starting position for someone who wants to move up, we hire internally and have systems in place to assist motivated individuals to achieve their goals, we help get laborers through CDL training to obtain licenses if that is something they are interested in

Types of labor might include:
Working on the excavating team (digging in the dirt)

Working in the Shop (playing around with the mechanics and welders)

Working in the Paint Tent ( sand blasting and painting refurbished dumpsters)

Working at the Transfer Station ( sorting out construction demolition material from wasteban items)

Working on the back of a trash truck

Odds and ends from the office: errands and miscellaneous tasks

General laborer requirements:

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 40 pounds, bending down etc)
Good handeye coordination
Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus
Communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to safety rules
Reliability

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
