    The Parents Estate Planning Law Firm in Acton, MA is looking for a Client Services Coordinator. This position balances the art and science of outstanding customer care. It requires the right combination of empathy, communication skills, attention to detail, and technical know-how.

    You will play an integral role in creating memorable client experiences, eliminating any feelings of stress and hesitation, and assist in providing our clients with genuine peace of mind.

    The Parents Estate Planning Law Firm is a fast-growing estate planning law firm in Acton, MA, focused on the unique estate planning needs of both young families and empty nesters.

    We provide exceptional client service in the areas of kid's protection planning, wills, trusts, estates, and asset protection.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in a customer service and/or business development role, with strong attention to detail and an outgoing, friendly personality.

    Responsibilities

    Engage with potential clients, educating them on our services.
    Screen and filter out unqualified leads.
    Schedule consultations with prospective clients.
    Follow up with clients both pre and post-consultation.
    Manage the intake process by sending reminder emails via HubSpot, and ensuring prospective clients feel welcome.
    Maintain up-to-date firm and attorney calendars.
    Connect with past and present clients to demonstrate continuous support and care.
    Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to keep tracking reports updated.
    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a high-end customer service environment.

    Previous experience in sales, with at least 2 years experience selling a product.

    Bachelor's Degree.

    Proficiency in MS Word, excel, and interest in learning new technology.

    Familiarity with CRM systems is necessary, HubSpot is a plus.

    Strong multitasking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Strong attention to detail.

    A positive mindset and solution-oriented approach are highly valued.

    This position reports to the Director of Marketing and Client Services.
    Compensation

    Commensurate with experience.
