IT Support Specialist ($30-35/hr)

About the opening:
Competitive pay range of $30-35/hr.
Opportunity to provide top-notch technical support to internal customers.
Utilization of cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and effective customer service, resolving hardware and software issues.
Troubleshoot and triage hardware and software problems before escalating.
Take ownership of Tier 1 tickets and seek opportunities to enhance technical expertise.
Manage onboarding/offboarding processes for user accounts and equipment.
Learn to administer at least one corporate system.
Set clear expectations with end users and address inquiries.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred.
1 year experience in IT or Retail Service Desk.
Proficiency in corporate desktop technologies.
Strong customer service orientation.
Growth mentality and openness to feedback.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Capability to lift objects up to 50lbs.
