We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced
Field Support Representative to come grow with our team in
Boston, MA This position is ideal for someone with 1+ years of relevant experience looking for a stable place to work, learn, and develop.
- There is NO set schedule for this position. Though typical work is Monday-Friday during business hours. There is typically work available 35 days/week._
- In this role you will be "floating" to different office sites for onsite support as needed. Typically providing support in the mail room, shipping/receiving, copy center, records center or reception areas._
What you will be doing:
- Provide 5star customer service to all employees (in all forms of communication).
- Perform duties associated with mail/packages, copy/print, shipping & receiving, reception, or records management.
- Receive inbound mail/packages and inputs into chain of custody software package.
- Notify employees upon receipt of inbound deliveries.
- May support the onsite business center, which may include: conference room setup, light facilities/cleaning, office supply stocking, pantry services, or similar.
What we need from you:
- 2+ year experience in administrative, retail, restaurant, delivery/mail, office services, or similar.
- A positive and professional attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for our customers.
- Ability to handle physical duties (carrying and/or moving 40lbs) associated with the job lifting, bending, etc.
- To be able to work both independently and in a team setting successfully.
- An ability to be bright, articulate, and neat in appearance.
