Sales Support Specialist - Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Part-time Temporary to Potential Hire | Hybrid position

If so, this could be the role for you

We are looking for a part-time CRM representative to reach out to our current customers to invite them to participate in a unique new battery recycling program for handheld mobile devices such a scanners, printers, 2-way radios, and other voice and data communications devices.

The batteries are used by our customers such as Home Depot, Lowes, UPS, FedEx, police departments and many more.

There are no cold calls, you are working with our existing customers. A script and other resources provided.

This is a Customer Outreach & Support and Customer Expansion Position

GTS pays the customers for each battery they return for recycling.

Position also involves helping the customers to plan their next purchases.

Core hours of work are 8:30 - 4:30 or 9:00 to 5:00 | Remote potential following orientation


Background needed:

• Minimum of two years' experience in sales or similar role.
• Prior CRM & MS Excel experience required.
• Sales or ERP Database experience helpful
• Customer focused with a team spirit.
