- Work with our creative team to develop marketing experiments that answer big questions and unlock better results for brands.
- Ensure that experiments are valid and informative - ensuring results are stat sig, are scalable, and have no confounding variables.
- Dimensionalize and analyze advertising data, creating new ways of labeling and looking at creative and media data.
- Analyze creative activations and translate paid media data into insight and meaning, enabling other teams to make informed decisions from your conclusions.
- Think holistically as a marketer and learn to translate business needs into comprehensive learning agendas.
- 1-3 years Prior Advertising/Paid Media experience with data analysis, and application to creative.
- Demonstrated record of excelling in previous roles and responsibilities.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Ability to thrive in a very fast paced environment.
