    Risk Manager or Risk Management Specialist

    Location:
    Foothill Ranch, CA

    Shift:
    Mon-Friday 1st shift (8:30am – 5 or 6pm)

    Compensation:
    Risk Management Specialist

    ($65 - $75K + 5% AIP Bonus)


    OR
    a Risk Manager (salary range $80 - $90K + 10% AIP Bonus).

    Position Description:

    Risk Management Specialist :
    A Risk Management Specialist is responsible for supporting the risk management function within an organization. This role involves various tasks related to risk assessment, mitigation, insurance management, and compliance. The Risk Management Specialist assists in protecting the organization from potential risks and ensuring its financial stability.
    Risk Manager

    plays a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks within an organization. This position involves a combination of strategic planning, data analysis, insurance management, and the administration of commercial liability claims.

    The primary goal of a Risk Manager is to protect the organization's assets and minimize financial losses due to various types of risks.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in risk management, business, finance, or a related field (relevant certifications or coursework may be advantageous).
    3-5 years of experience in risk management or related areas.
    Basic-strong knowledge of insurance products and contract management.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    Proficiency in using risk management software and tools.
    Attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Specialist:

    Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities/Manager: ability to lead a team.
