    Channel Development Representative - Atlanta, United States - Xplor Inc

    As a Channel Development Rep, you will be a key contributor responsible for building and cultivating strategic partnerships with HVAC and plumbing distributors and manufacturers nationwide to help drive bookings growth and increase our overall brand recognition in the market.

    The following duties are normal for this position. This list is not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.

    • Build strong win-win relationships with Distributors and other referral partners with a focus on driving revenue
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities, building and expanding the presence of the FieldEdge brand
    • Further build out and refine partner referral programs
    • Know the market, the product, and the competition extremely well and operate from a strong basis of knowledge and confidence
    • Participate in conferences, market events, and networking activities to develop relationships that promote the company brand and image
    • Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to create compelling and easy to understand internally facing communication and training material on referral partnerships to help accelerate revenue growth
    • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, and feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff and coordinate with key personnel regarding product development and potential new market opportunities\

    This role is eligible for abase salary of $55,000 to $60,000 USD.

    This role is eligible for a commission plan.

    Qualifications:
    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 1-year experience in quota carrying sales
    • Minimum of 1-year experience in partner/channel program in a Software, or SaaS company a plus
    • Successful track record of partner/account management.
    • Superior communication skills, and a strong background in strategic, consultative selling
    • Persistent, organized and highly motivated.
    • Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities a must.
    • Ability to travel 50-60% of the time
