    • Compiling, analyzing, and managing large, complex data sets and translating into succinct presentations, reports, and policy recommendations for diverse federal stakeholders.
    • Preparing climate adaptation plans and risk assessments and working with subject matter experts to develop well-informed risk mitigation strategies.
    • Tracking and assessing impact of climate and environmental policies, procedures, and processes at the federal government, state government, and federal intra-agency level.
    • Demonstrating LMI capabilities to current and potential federal clients to support capability and business development goals. Scheduling, managing, and documenting client engagements.
    Qualifications

    • Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, climate risk analysis, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • 5-10 years' experience in climate assessment.
    • Familiarity with federal financial accounting and standards, climate scenario planning, in-depth knowledge of climate science and implications to both physical and transition risk.
    • Experience with and knowledge of General Services Administration is preferred.

    • Demonstrated professionalism in client settings, including interpersonal and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently. Must be able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines with minimal supervision, and efficiently manage time across multiple tasks.
    • Working knowledge of current federal and state climate and environmental policy/regulations.
