What to expect:

You will be responsible for the conception and operational implementation of our comprehensive onboarding processes, including planning and executing our crosslocation welcome event in Berlin.
You will be the first point of contact for all new employees and managers regarding onboarding.
You will continuously develop and structure our onboarding concept, including the underlying processes, to ensure the best possible employee experience.
You will be responsible for the operational implementation of a development program for our young talents, analyzing the organization's needs and deriving concrete improvement potentials and initiatives.
You will always keep an eye on the latest trends in personnel development and see yourself as a driver of inspiring ideas and concepts.

What you bring:

Completed studies in psychology, business, social sciences, or a comparable degree program combined with relevant practical experience.
Great interest in personnel development and a special desire to shape and promote a unique and connecting culture in our company.
Enjoy analyzing existing offers and processes and further developing them.
