    Introduction:


    SymphonyAI seeks a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).

    You will oversee our organization's financial planning and analysis function in this key leadership role.

    This role requires a seasoned finance professional with a strong analytical mindset, exceptional leadership skills, a willingness to dig in, and the ability to provide insights that support vital business decisions.


    Job Description:

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Financial Planning:
    Lead the development of long-term financial models in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
    Prepare financial forecasts and budgets to reflect the company's goals and market realities.
    Oversee preparing financial plans for various scenarios, including growth strategies and potential risks.


    IPO Readiness & Execution:
    Play a pivotal role in preparing the company for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) process.
    Collaborate with legal, accounting, and executive teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for public companies.
    Develop and execute strategies to optimize the company's financial structure in preparation for the IPO.


    Financial Analysis and Reporting:
    Analyze financial results, industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
    Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the investment community.
    Oversee the production of regular financial reports, including quarterly and annual reports for shareholders and regulatory bodies.


    Strategic Planning:
    Contribute to the development and execution of SymphonyAI's overall corporate strategy.
    Provide insights into market perceptions and trends that may impact the company's valuation and reputation.


    Team Leadership and Development:
    Lead and mentor the FP&A team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
    Ensure team members have the necessary skills and tools to effectively contribute to the company's financial objectives.


    Operational Efficiency:
    Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
    Ensure that financial practices and records comply with the necessary regulatory standards.


    Corporate Governance:
    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to investor relations activities.
    Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to maintain high standards of corporate governance.

    About Us:

    Qualifications:
    A bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. An MBA or CPA is highly preferred.

    A minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, with a significant portion in a leadership role.

    Prior experience in a pre-IPO or public company environment is highly desirable.
    Strong understanding of SEC regulations and reporting requirements
    Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
    Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    High level of integrity and transparency.
    Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
    Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
