As the Director Corporate Functions FP&A, you will be a key finance leader in our world-class finance organization.

You will be a thought-leader and strategic partner to the Corporate Functions' leadership team, providing insightful and relevant counsel, ensuring business decisions are appropriately based on accurate and reliable metrics and financial information.

You will manage and oversee the development of the Corporate Functions, which includes Finance, People, and Legal, financial budgets and forecasts and help drive cost awareness and efficiency.

eBay is seeking an experienced people leader, a strong cross-functional collaborator and communicator, a strategic thinker able to drive process and system improvements.

You will report to eBay's Vice President of Finance and partner closely with financial and operational teams.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Provide leadership in managing the Corporate Functions financial budgeting and forecasting as well as close and ad-hoc analysis.
Serve as a valueadded business partner & challenger interacting and providing financial planning and decision support to business stakeholders.
Develop, deliver, and maintain insightful reporting for senior leadership to enable optimal financial management of their area of the business.
Standardize and drive consistency in financial planning processes and strive for continuous improvement, identify, and execute on opportunities to reduce nonvalueadded work.
Partner with the eBay's accounting team for quarterend close reporting, driving internal processes to maintain and improve predictability of financial results.
Lead, inspire and develop the team. Provide leadership to direct staff through a combination of empowerment and coaching with the objective of encouraging staff development and elevating team performance.
Assist in projectbased initiatives to drive operating efficiencies across functions.

Job Requirements:

Experienced finance leader with FP&A expertise, and progressively increasing responsibilities in a global company.
Superior analytical and problemsolving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility with business leaders.
Prior experience successfully leading and developing a finance team.
Track record of collaborating and influencing partners across the organization,
Desire to succeed in a fastpaced and deadline orientated environment.
Strong financial modelling capability, highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and financial planning systems.
Excellent decisionmaking skills, ability to identify, prioritize and articulate the highest impact initiatives.
Strong communication and presentation skills, highly effective at communicating results with senior executives and internal business partners.
Proven track record in delivering project management and demonstrating problemsolving skills.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.

$160,400 - $254,100
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).

If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
