- Ensure health center compliance with performance metrics
- Lead back-office workflow effectively
- Act as a role model in patient care
- Ensure staff adherence to organizational policies
- Participate in quality improvement projects and recommend enhancements
- Collaborate with onsite leadership to address patient needs efficiently
- Communicate clinical findings to providers promptly
- Manage hiring, counseling, and evaluation of Medical Assistants
- Provide ongoing training and performance evaluations for MAs
- Support providers and MAs in examination/procedure rooms
- Organize back-office staff schedules and provide feedback for corrective actions
- Perform other assigned duties
