• Our Clinical Supervisor position is available to professionals' pursuing certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Our dedicated Clinical Supervisor team delivers hands on supervision to clients under the mentorship and supervision of certified BCBAs. Clinical Supervisors share their caseload with an assigned BCBA mentor and are set up for success through strong mentorship and an abundance of unrestricted hours. We provide an environment designed to minimize time spent on nonABA tasks through our online data collection and report writing system, and a full scheduling department. Our direct line teams are Registered Behavior Technicians, providing the highest level of expertise for our Clinical Supervisors and clients. The Clinical Supervisor's work life balance is essential to our mission and is maintained by our onsite workdays (limited to no driving, and a M-F work week) as a clinicbased agency.

  Responsibilities
• Oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment to children with autism in clinic, home, and school settings.
• Develop treatment programs for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Work with families and provide parent education.
• Progress Report writing and case management.
• Attend monthly clinic meetings.
