Exciting Opportunity for BCBA Supervisors in LA
Are you an experienced and passionate BCBA Supervisor looking to make a significant impact in the lives of your clients? Look no further We are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic professionals to join our dynamic team
- About Us:_
- Develop, oversee, and maintain individual client intervention programs
- Monitor and analyze data while making requisite changes to programming
- Write progress reports submitted to regional centers, school districts, and insurance companies
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and teachers to ensure consistent programming across people and environments
- Conduct and write Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Provide ongoing parent, teacher, and staff training
- Ensure quality of home and school programming
- Collaborate with teachers, attend IEPs, and create BIPs for school clients
- Develop and lead staff development workshops, providing valuable training sessions.
- Oversee/Manage staff and client schedules
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- 2 years BCBA supervision experience
(required):
- Valid driver license & current car insurance
(required):
- Negative TB test / LiveScan clearance
(required):
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude with a strong desire to help others
(required):
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
(required):
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
(preferred):
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills: ability to mentor and support team members.
(required):
- Fluent in parent training, data collection, program supervision and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
(required):
- Spanish
(preferred)

Schedule:
Day shift Monday to Friday
Salary:
$70, $85,000.00 per year
