    Job Description:

    Join us as an Administrative Coordinator at MEI, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the engineering project management team with various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include preparing project and engineering documentation, managing schedules, meeting minutes, letters, and specifications, as well as coordinating project-related administrative tasks like file system uploads and information requests.


    Job Duties

    • Handle a variety of administrative tasks to aid the electrical project management team
    • Use MS Word to edit various documents such as specifications, letters, and meeting minutes
    • Monitor project progress, generate reports, and distribute them to team members


    Minimum Qualifications

    • 1+ years of administrative experience in a dynamic environment
    • 2+ years of college education
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365 applications
    • Strong communication skills and ability to foster relationships
    • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
    • Effective prioritization of tasks
    • Previous experience in an engineering or architectural firm is a bonus
    • Experience with Procore is advantageous
