Seeking a friendly administrative professional to join our fantastic Team Crafco, Inc. has an opening for a Regional Sales Bid Administrator located at the corporate office in Chandler, Arizona. This position is responsible for coordinating and managing bid proposals for various sales regions across the US.

This role collaborates closely with various departments including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to ensure the successful submission of bids, proposals, and other functions.

General Duties:


  • Evaluate and manage bid solicitations, bids, contracts, quotes, insurance, bonds, licensing, registrations and records associated with sales activities, while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and manage the endtoend bid process within the assigned region, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all bid submissions.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather necessary information, documents, and pricing details required for bid proposals.
  • Review bid documentation to ensure compliance with client requirements, specifications, and legal/regulatory standards.
  • Proactively seek project and supply bids that are applicable to the Crafco family of products.
  • Monitor bid progress and provide regular updates to the regional and senior management teams.
  • Assist with managing various contracts such as HGAC, Sourcewell, Buy Board, Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, state APL/QPLs, etc.
  • As necessary, provide clerical support to Regional Sales Managers and Territory Sales Managers.
  • Some local travel may be required as needed per business needs.

Qualifications:


  • 2 year degree or equivalent experience preferred. Additional certifications in project management or bid management will be a plus.
  • Preferred experience with SalesForce Opportunities/Tableau or equivalent experience in CRM, bid management and analytics packages.
  • Proven experience in bid coordination, proposal management, or a similar role, preferably within the pavement preservation or road building industry.
  • Strong understanding of bid processes, from opportunity identification and qualification to submission and postsubmission activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a concise and compelling manner.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple bid proposals simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using bid management software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review and edit bid documents for accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
