    Responsibilities:

    The Growth Strategy and Analytics (GSA) Manager will work closely with the SVP, Growth and across all department teams in their efforts to make decisions and implement improvements to drive revenue growth.? The GSA Manager will also identify and champion new analytics opportunities and will be focused on enhancing distribution efficiency and effectiveness through the use of data, technology, and process. This person is results oriented, consultative, and committed to understanding the industry and business.

    Essential Duties:

    • Identify and champion new analytics opportunities and approaches to support sustainable market growth, sales, and recruiting.
    • Collaborate on new sales opportunities to support market analytics, financial modeling, and organizational structure to support.
    • Works closely across the Sales, Recruitment, and Marketing organizations to utilize our business data to provide insight into the organization's pipeline performance and optimize pipeline execution across Gross Margin.
    • Works with sales leadership to reinforce an operating cadence around pipeline generation and execution.
    • Be the primary driver of weekly insights on pipeline metrics, and partner with sales and recruiting leadership to identify risk and build remediation strategies, driving pipeline creation and execution accountability across the Growth organization.
    • Help develop an activity-based model to optimize pipeline generation from the growth organization and partner with sales leadership to drive needed activity.
    • Reinforce workflows focused on making data-driven decisions about pipeline a part of our daily habits.
    • Serve as Project Manager for growth related initiatives.
    • Drive design improvements for sales and recruiting pipeline models and reporting dashboards based on field feedback to appropriately monitor performance for all key indicators.
    • Serve as the point person for all sales and recruitment training.

    Qualifications:

    Required Education & Experience:

    • High School Diploma required. Bachelors degree in business management, or related field, preferred.
    • Has a growth mindset - Ability to learn new systems & processes quickly and thoroughly A high degree of self-motivation fostered in a fast-paced, high growth, dynamic environment.?
    • Ability to engage effectively with all functions across IndeVets. Strong executive presence: communication (verbal, written, presentation) and facilitation skills with experience engaging and partnering at all levels.?
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Excel.??
