    Key Responsibilities:

    • Complete oversight of the company's financial performance.
    • Contribute to the formulation and execution of the companys strategic plans.
    • Management of monthly and yearly financial closures.
    • Record and post monthly journal entries accurately.
    • Manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.
    • Administer employee payroll processes.
    • Analyze and provide explanations for variances in financial performance.
    • Oversee employee benefit plans and assist in onboarding.
    • Handle workmans compensation filings and maintain related relationships.
    • Assist in developing the annual budget and forecasts.
    • Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly tax filings for various taxes
    • Serve as the primary contact for external CPAs.
    • Maintain positive relations with the company's bank.
    • Prepare additional reports and conduct analyses as required to support business goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong experience managing all day-to-day accounting operations
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
