- 5 years in supply chain fields (operations, process development, E2E optimization, product / business )
- 3 years experience with team / people management

- Ability to sort out ambiguous situations, suggest approaches, and drive alignment
- Flexible with working/meeting with teams in different timezones
- Excellent communication skills
- Can manage 20% time with domestic / international travel
- Master degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business Administration
- 5 years of experience in the cloud infrastructure industry, preferably in Supply Chain / Infrastructure teams
- Experience leading large teams to complete efficiency-enhancement / process improvement projects and delivering milestones ontime
- Experience with L11 server rack integration process, data center spares planning / decommission experience
- Experience with other Supply Chain domains such as planning, sourcing, supplier management, procure to pay, quality, etc.

About The Role
Our Service Supply Chain team supports the company's fast growing supply chain footprints globally, by providing services and solutions including sourcing, warehouse & logistics, last mile delivery of assets to data halls (servers and networking), spares planning, assets decommission, procuring data center facility materials and equipment, delivering hardware and services to global CDN/Edge/PoP sites, managing ESG (Environment, Sustainability, and Governance) initiatives, and partnering with cloud providers. The team's mission is to build resilient, integrated, innovative global supply chain solutions and enable our customers to grow and scale.
The Service Supply Chain team is looking for a tech lead for its Center of Excellence team, who manages last mile delivery of assets to data halls (servers and networking), spares planning, assets decommission, end-to-end process & efficiency improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have team / people management experience in supply chain operations for the cloud infrastructure / hyperscale data center industry, with skills leading cross functional collaborations and initiatives, mapping process flows, driving continuous improvement initiatives and reporting Key Performance Index / metrics to leadership teams.

Job Information:
Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
