Be a liaison between clients and internal departments to coordinate client requests
Fulfill on revenue commitment for upsells and new product acquisition
Present products and services to clients that have not been previously purchased
Provide quotations in an accurate and timely manner
Monitor the client's budget and product usage
Observe trends, and changes on client accounts
Provide progress reports to clients and upper management
Work with the Customer Success Team to maximize customer retention
Work with Account Executives on client "handoff"
Negotiate agreement renewals and contract changes
Update records to show the most recent client information
YuJa's Account Managers have:
A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience
A history of meeting retention goals and/or revenue quotas
The ability to build relationships with senior-level professionals
Works well under pressure
Strong emotional intelligence and empathy
Effective problem solving, time management and organization skills
Curiosity
A competitive spirit
Ambitious, ready to learn attitude with a desire to grow
A people and detail-oriented personality
The ability to maintain a professional and a fun attitude, especially during conferences over Google Meets, Zoom, etc.
