    BDC Internet Sales Representative As a BDC Internet Sales Representative you'll be a vital link between potential customers and the dealership.

    Your role is essential in driving customer satisfaction and facilitating sales growth.

    Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications:

    Responsibilities:

    Lead Management:
    Handle incoming inquiries from potential customers via phone calls, emails, and live chat. Provide information about Ford vehicles, pricing, and availability. Nurture relationships with leads and follow up consistently.


    Appointment Scheduling:
    Schedule appointments for interested customers to visit the dealership. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless experience for customers.


    Customer Engagement:
    Respond promptly to internet leads and inquiries. Address customer pain points and provide excellent service. Maintain extensive product knowledge to assist customers effectively.


    Administrative Support:
    Assist with data entry, maintain customer records, and handle paperwork. Collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes.


    Problem-Solving:
    Resolve customer queries and find solutions to any issues. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

    Compensation:

    Compensation for BDC Internet Sales Representatives is hourly plus commission paid for every appointment that shows plus level bonus for achieving certain levels of appointment shows.
