- Assist with onboarding new clients in addition to providing customer service to assigned accounts

- One to three years of similar or related experience
- A college degree (non-technical) or related experience
- Must currently live in U.S. and work Pacific time zone business hours
- Thorough knowledge of hardware systems, system software (specifically CRM), networks, and application software development
- Previous sales and customer management experience preferred
- Must have excellent resource management, project planning, and communication skills
- Must be able to work and travel independently and use general office equipment
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service

Cascade is in search of an Inside Sales Representative - West Territory (remote) to join our growing Sales team
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for growing, servicing, and maintaining customer accounts. This role works collaboratively with various areas of the company, including outside sales, marketing, customer service, operations and purchasing teams to manage customer needs, growth of existing customer accounts, and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas while increasing customer satisfaction.
