    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Meet Customer On-Time Delivery RequirementsResponsible for workflow & prioritizationIdentifying & Solving Hold PointsMeasures Weekly Performance MetricsSupervise PeopleProvide coaching to enhance work performance and personal developmentEnsure compliance with applicable standardsProvide technical/mechanical expertise to staffEnsure staff completes required trainings on timeCompletes annual performance reviews of staff on timeSafety Responsibilities - Drive a Safety-First CultureUnderstand and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations, policies and procedures, which includes but is not limited to:Instructing workers to follow safe work practices and safety policies and proceduresCorrecting unsafe acts and unsafe conditionsEnforcing personal protective equipment requirementsEnsuring that employees timely complete safety trainingReporting and investigating all injury, accident, or near-miss incidentsInspecting work area and taking action to minimize or eliminate hazardsConducting periodic safety meetingsCompleting safety training by the due date


    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education/Knowledge:
    High school diploma or equivalentMechanical Aptitude / Experience specifically related to control valve repair and service

    Experience/Skills:
    5 + years' service experience in valve repair/service preferred. A combination of education and experience will be accepted.
    Demonstrates technical and working knowledge of valve/actuation service and repair.
    Strong information management skills, including personal computer skills.
    Strong organization skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.


    COMPETENCIES:

    Good written and verbal communication skills and the demonstrated ability to communicate and coordinate with a cross section of other employees, principals and customers.

    Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and other employees. Strong interpersonal skills; team player.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    Strong Mechanical Aptitude.
    High ethical standards possessing the willingness and ability to create win-win situations for customers and the Company.
    Able to manage time and resources effectively. Routinely displays initiative.
    Is dependable, innovative and organized. Displays a professional demeanor and attitude.

    WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDSMust be able to wear moderate level of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) without restriction which may include but is not limited to: safety glasses; safety-toed footwear; hearing protection.

    Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
    Must be able to walk and stand 8 hours per day.
    Occasional climbing, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and grasping.


    Hazards:
    Proximity to moving mechanical and mobile equipment.
