Description

Job Title: Delivery Coordinator (Customer Care Rep)

Location: Woodbury, NY

Details: In-office during training then goes hybrid (Training is 4-6 months)

Salary: $45,000 base + Commission (Opportunity to have an all-in of $70,000+)

Principal Responsibilities:

Communicate professionally with customers, agents, associates, factories, and financial institutions.
Update and comment on tasks for each assigned customer.
Maintain follow-up reports to ensure timely actions.
Coordinate delivery logistics with dealers and customers.
Manage late delivery issues and customer complaints.
Follow up on payments and booking deals.
Conduct customer feedback surveys post-delivery.
Meet monthly and quarterly delivery quotas.
Perform other duties as assigned.
