TITLE:
CUSTOMER SERVICE-ORDER MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE
REQUIREMENTS:
2 or more years experience in customer service and order management. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word. NetSuite a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enter orders into NetSuite and excel spreadsheets.

Advise production and shipping of special customer delivery requirements

Arrange weekly shipment of orders by obtaining freight quotes from brokers and selecting the most cost-effective carrier

Effectively communicate with internal sales and production regarding order adjustments

Track all pending orders through to shipping and obtain B.O.L. needed for invoicing

Develop a thorough understanding of products to effectively offer substitutions when items are back ordered

Resolve all customer related inquiries and issues with accuracy and efficiency
:

Set up new customer accounts in NetSuite
:

Purchase and schedule production with 3rd party co-packer.
