- Timely and proper reporting of warranty, guarantee, and malfunction notifications
- Technical support for customers, internal staff, and service technicians
- Creation of quotes and orders
- Processing of technical approvals
- Internal and external provision of technical documents and documentation
- Procurement and management of assembly materials and tools
