    Role Description

    As a Marketing Coordinator at Wellness Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging emails, and user newsletters, posting on social media, and tracking departmental KPIs. This position requires a strong foundation in HubSpot CRM to manage and analyze our marketing campaigns effectively. Additionally, experience in event planning will be considered an advantage, as you will have the opportunity to contribute to the organization and execution of company events.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
    • Create and distribute engaging user newsletters to keep our audience informed and engaged.
    • Manage and update our social media platforms, including content creation and scheduling posts to enhance our online presence.
    • Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage marketing campaigns, track customer interactions, and analyze campaign performance.
    • Support the marketing team in tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
    • Assist in planning and executing company events and other marketing projects as needed.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and aligned with company goals.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a cognate field.
    • Proven experience with the HubSpot CRM platform is mandatory.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Ability to collaborate within a team environment and work independently.
    • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
    • Knowledge of how to use AI tools, such as ChatGPT.
    • Event planning experience is advantageous.
