Description

Responsibilities:

Tracking marketing analytics through Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
Own marketing plan execution tracking and quantifying success.
Brainstorm new marketing ideas based upon trends, holidays, new products.
Lead competitive reviews. New plant varieties, marketing tactics, UX, platforms, etc
Front end website updates including asset refreshes and new item launches.
Develop framework to measure baseline retention and strategy to improve it
Test the site user experience. (Be on the site frequently, monitoring the user journey from the perspective of a customer)
Manage new production introductions.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
Comfortable gathering and analyzing data (especially numbers)
Attention to detail is essential
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information sensitively and securely
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with mínimal supervision
Superior time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively
A positive, cando attitude and desire to jump in and master a diverse set of tasks
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Successfully able to build and maintain strong crossteam relationships
Are passionate about working with a team that believes in what they do

The expected hourly range for this position is $24.04/hour - $26.44/hour. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
