Your responsibilities

  • You will handle import and export shipments from Rosenberg or selected branch offices in your daily operations, and book containers with overseas freight forwarders according to JRS selection.
  • In addition, you will purchase freight rates for less frequently used lanes on the spot market and conduct bi-annual freight tenders.
  • You will review invoices and coordinate with all involved departments (production planning and preparation, purchasing, sales, accounting and IT, branch offices and overseas offices).
  • In your role, you will be responsible for the strategic development of performance, service and communication. At the same time, you will bring in your own ideas and process improvement measures.
  • You will also use key performance indicators to manage and optimize service and cost efficiency.

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training in the field of logistics, transportation and dispatch, for example as a freight forwarding and logistics
