Senior Product Marketing Manager, Workforce Optimization
We are currently looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager specializing in Workforce Optimization to join our team.
This role involves becoming an expert in Workforce Optimization (WO), understanding the product's features and capabilities in-depth. It requires knowledge of the markets in which the Company operates and competitive positioning.
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with product management, sales, and services to create clear, compelling, and distinct value propositions and messaging. They will also work with campaign planners to ensure effective integration of messaging into marketing campaigns, along with partnering with stakeholders across the business to establish efficient routes to market. Additionally, this position involves mentoring team members, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and receiving guidance from department leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire expertise in the market, audience, region(s), and product. Identify market size and addressable market for the product and region(s). Understand market trends and developments for the product and region(s). Articulate how the WO product meets market needs.
- Define buyers and users for the WO product, including creating buyer persona profiles. Develop value propositions and messaging that focus on how the product solves market issues. Collaborate with customers, analysts, and sellers to test and enhance value propositions and messaging. Use NPS results and client feedback to drive product and journey enhancements.
- Partner with campaign planning to ensure effective integration of product messaging into marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. Support sales in achieving Worksite Employees (WSEE) and retention/renewal rate targets. Develop and lead go-to-market and launch/release plans in line with the product roadmap.
