    Description

    Our client is a prominent Hedge Fund managing over $15 billion in assets, seeking a Compliance Coordinator to facilitate new hire procedures, ensure adherence to compliance protocols, aid in broker statement analysis, and manage miscellaneous Compliance projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversight of new hire documentation initiation and maintenance
    • Implementation of internal controls for policy and procedure enforcement
    • Coordination with new employees to fulfill Compliance onboarding prerequisites
    • Supervision of broker statement processing and collection for US staff
    • Assistance in broker statement and account reviews
    • Timely completion of Code of Ethics and related certifications
    • Execution of various regulatory filings
    • Execution of ad hoc Compliance projects
    • Provision of administrative assistance to the Compliance department

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 0-2 years of relevant experience
    • Proficiency in Excel and Word
    • Familiarity with Star Compliance preferred
    • Experience with Code of Ethics and Personal Trading requests preferred
    • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational capabilities
