Responsibilities:
- Complete initial screenings to determine potential eligibility, schedule appointments, and provide assistance to complete enrollment
- Interact with highlevel HR and People Operations professionals in the business, ensuring a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times.
- Maintain uptodate client files/internal systems in accordance with business standard protocols.
- Support the various prerenewal/renewal/postrenewal and wellness activities.
- Coordinate data gathering for reporting efforts (analytical, compliance, etc.).
- Supporting the team with the preparation, analysis and delivery of materials that makeup the deliverable (i.e. exhibits, reports and presentations)
- Completing/fulfilling assigned implementation tasks associated with client related projects
- Prepare standard and adhoc reports (as needed) and complete various adhoc data entry responsibilities.
- Maintain internal systems and client files in accordance with business data standards and filing requirements.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of HR experience, preferably at a Coordinator, Generalist, or Specialist level
- 2 years of nonprofit or social services industry experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience across various ATS, HRIS, and adjacent internal systems
- Experience with HR Compliance is a plus
- Must be able to maintain constant professionalism and integrity
Pay:
$ $36.00 per hour
