NUCKOLLS
is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, bringing in passion and purpose. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are at the forefront of innovation and excellence.
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage our existing client base of 2,000 businesses, while also nurturing relationships to attract new clients through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will oversee a small team, guiding them through the same processes.
As you become proficient in training and leading your team, you will progress into the role of Agency Director, honing your skills using our established systems and processes.
Remuneration for this position is on a weekly basis (average $70,000-$85,000 in the first year).Key Responsibilities:
