NUCKOLLS
is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, bringing in passion and purpose. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are at the forefront of innovation and excellence.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage our existing client base of 2,000 businesses, while also nurturing relationships to attract new clients through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will oversee a small team, guiding them through the same processes.

As you become proficient in training and leading your team, you will progress into the role of Agency Director, honing your skills using our established systems and processes.

Remuneration for this position is on a weekly basis (average $70,000-$85,000 in the first year).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to our existing clients.
Identify new business opportunities within the B2B sector.
Supervise team activities and monitor outcomes.
Train and mentor new team members on our existing systems.
Consistently report field activities using our Salesforce-based CRM.
Foster a daily focus on recruitment, training, and leadership development.
Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Exceptional supervisory and leadership abilities.·Effective task prioritization and delegation skills.·Thrives in high-paced and occasionally stressful environments.·Passionate about assisting others and building strong relationships.·Outstanding time management and organizational competencies.·Previous experience in sales or customer service.·Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.·Active involvement in the community is desired.·Proficiency in working with CRMs (Salesforce knowledge preferred).

Licensing Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
Clean background check and personal transportation are prerequisites.
Completion of a 45-day evaluation period before advancement is possible.
