In this role, you will immerse yourself in our established processes to cater to our 2,000 strong client base. Your responsibilities will include nurturing existing relationships, exploring new business prospects through referrals and leads, and guiding a small team in replicating these practices.
As you become proficient in mentoring your team, you will progress into the position of Agency Director, mastering the necessary skills through our structured systems.
This position offers a competitive weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year, on average.
