    Description

    NUCKOLLS is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, bringing enthusiasm and a sense of purpose. With a rich history spanning over a century, we are pioneers in our field.

    In this role, you will immerse yourself in our established processes to cater to our 2,000 strong client base. Your responsibilities will include nurturing existing relationships, exploring new business prospects through referrals and leads, and guiding a small team in replicating these practices.

    As you become proficient in mentoring your team, you will progress into the position of Agency Director, mastering the necessary skills through our structured systems.

    This position offers a competitive weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year, on average.




    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and support existing clients.
    • Identify new business opportunities within a B2B framework.
    • Supervise team performance and outcomes.
    • Provide training on existing systems to incoming team members.
    • Ensure daily reporting of field activities through a Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development.

    • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
    • Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
    • Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately.
    • Perform effectively in fast-paced and occasionally stressful environments.
    • Passionate about assisting others and building strong relationships.
    • Proficient in time management and organizational abilities.
    • Prior experience in sales or customer service.
    • Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
    • Keen on community involvement.
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • A clean background and personal transportation are essential.
    • A 45-day evaluation period is required prior to advancement.
