    Description

    NUCKOLLS
    is currently seeking a dedicated leader to join our dynamic team. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are at the forefront of innovation and excellence.

    In this role, you will be responsible for managing our extensive client base of 2,000 businesses, nurturing existing relationships, and actively seeking new opportunities for growth. Additionally, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead a passionate team in achieving these goals.

    As you immerse yourself in our proven processes and systems, you will gradually progress into the role of Agency Director, mastering essential skills along the way. This position offers a competitive weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.



    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional service to our current clients
    • Identify and pursue new business prospects within a B2B framework
    • Oversee team performance and drive results
    • Train and mentor new team members on existing protocols
    • Maintain daily activity reports using a Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus on daily recruitment, training, and leadership initiatives
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Strong organizational and detail-oriented aptitude
    • Proven time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines


    Effective supervisory and leadership capabilities · Proficient in task prioritization and delegation · Thrives in fast-paced and challenging environments · Genuine passion for assisting others and fostering connections · Outstanding time management and organizing abilities · Previous sales or customer service exposure · Driven by self-motivation and goal achievement · Active community involvement interest · Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce


    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background check and personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression
