    Description

    Join NUCKOLLS as a leader and help us continue our 120-year legacy in the industry. In this role, you will service our existing 2,000 clients, grow our client base, and lead a small team to success. As you hone your skills, you will progress into the Agency Director position. This is a rewarding opportunity with a weekly pay of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activity and results
    • Train and develop incoming team members
    • Report field activity daily using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development daily

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
    • Prioritization and delegation skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Passion for helping people and fostering relationships
    • Sales or customer service experience
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
    • Involvement in the community
    • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce knowledge preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background and own transportation
    • 45-day evaluation period before advancement
