Description

NUCKOLLS is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, bringing passion and purpose to the table. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are pioneers in our field.

The primary focus of this role involves serving our existing base of 2,000 business clients, nurturing relationships to acquire new clients through referrals and leads, and overseeing a small team to carry out these responsibilities.

As you delve into our systems and processes, you will hone your skills, eventually progressing into the role of Agency Director. This position offers weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exemplary service to our current client portfolio.
Explore new business prospects within the B2B sector.
Supervise team operations and monitor results closely.
Train and mentor new team members on established systems.
Consistently report on field activities using the Salesforce-based CRM.
Emphasize daily recruitment, training, and leadership initiatives.

Exceptional supervisory and leadership capabilities.
Proficient in task prioritization and delegation.

Familiarity with CRMs, particularly Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
Clean background and personal transportation are mandatory.
Minimum 45-day evaluation period before potential progression.
