Job Description
Job DescriptionOur Full Time Opening Shift Leader is one of the most important people in the operation of our restaurant. They work 6:00 am to 2:00 pm or 7 am to 3 pm five days a week, opening our restaurants. Opening responsibilities are baking bread and prepping fresh produce. This position requires candidates to be reliable to the highest extent.
We offer our full-time openers:
1) An opportunity to advance in a food service career at Jersey Mikes.

3) Seasoned professional team positioned to support the needs of our management people.
4) Flexible work schedule which allows accommodation for our team members.
5) Participation in tip share on a bi-weekly basis.

1) Learn how to lead and run excellent shifts.
2) Delivering top quality food

4) Using communication skills to motivate team members.
5) Role modeling a sense of urgency.

A Shift Leader is expected to:
1) Work 30+ hours a week.
2) Have the ability to get to and from work in a timely manner.
3) Maintain open communication with the AGM and GM.
4) Lead your team by example. Embracing our standards at Jersey Mikes.
