We're excited to offer an exceptional learning opportunity as an Assistant to the HR Manager, supporting them with Compensation & Benefits Administration.


Responsibilities:


  • Embark on a comprehensive learning journey to understand and manage payroll processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Gain handson experience in administering employee benefits programs, from enrolment to ongoing administration.
  • Learn to handle unemployment insurance matters with diligence and compliance, guided by experienced professionals.
  • Assist in overseeing the affirmative action plan, contributing to diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Take on ad hoc payroll duties as required, under the mentorship of the HR Manager

Requirements:


  • A bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a strong desire to kickstart a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a willingness to ask questions and seek clarification.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, eager to learn from experienced colleagues.
