Job Summary:

The primary duties of our Benefits Administrator will be to manage day-to-day benefit programs for RTC. Additional duties will be related to compensation management and HR Business Partner relationships.

This role oversees the needs of internal stakeholders and is financially driven to ensure we have the right balance of rewards, benefits, engagement, and costs.

While delivering daily results, this role continuously challenges existing benefit offerings and other HR deliverables to recommend improvements. Must comply with all global, state, and federal employment and taxation regulations.


Essential Functions:


  • Manage Benefits Programs for US Associates
  • Responsible for benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, vendor bill reconciliations, compliance, annual benefit open enrollment, and communicating benefits information to associates
  • Work with HR, vendors, and brokers to provide competitive and comprehensive benefit offerings and service levels
  • Research and introduce initiatives to enhance or promote existing benefit programs
  • Learn HR Generalist duties, partnering with business managers to handle employee relations, performance management, training and development, exit interviews, etc.
  • Develop the skills needed to oversee the integrity of the salary structure by monitoring external sources and benchmarking roles in the organization to maintain a competitive compensation structure.

Education, Experience & Skills Required:


  • Bachelor's degree in business or HR and a minimum of 3 years of benefit experience.
  • Clear, concise, and effective communication skills
  • Proven attention to detail, with excellent analytical, critical thinking, problemsolving, and organizational skills
  • Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, with the ability to bring assignments to a successful completion
